Hats are back in stock and we are ready to rock the rest of the season in the Vintage Room!
What's new in the neighborhood? Well, for one, snow has graced us with its presence in Utah. More is on the way which should make for some awesome days to come. The Vintage Room still has DJ Don rocking the tent each week and weekend. On Wednesday's, though, something different...Dueling Pianos! That's right. The Regis crew rolls in 2 pianos and the super talented pianist's duel it out. And last but certainly not least, is Alpreneur. With the success and support of the gear in the Vintage Room this winter, we have been able to join the Summit Land Conservancy's "For the Future Fund." Without preservation of the land by easements, vacant land would not exist and neither would the trails. In trails specifically, we have just entered our second year of our adoption of the trail "T&G" through Mountain Trails. This is a 3-year commitment but we hope to sponsor this beautiful trail just off Guardsman Pass for years to come. For more information, check out our Philanthropy page. If you missed the hats last time, don't wait! They're back but only a limited quantity. As you can see, the Regis crew loves them too. Thank you for the support, Alpreneur's!

Wow! What a season! Record snowfall across much of the western United States at some points was TOO much snow, leading to resort closure...not a bad problem to have! Now that the snow has started to melt, the downside is being exposed. There has been quite a bit of runoff leading to trail erosion. As seen on our Philanthropy page, we are helping specific trails with adoption to provide funds for their preservation. On a volunteer note, like many, I have seen quite a bit of garbage that was buried for months. With streams flowing quickly due to the melt, collecting this trash is top priority to avoid it ending up in habitats where it does not belong and harming our environment and the animals that call these places home. These Alpreneur's aren't just having fun on the slopes, they're protecting our most important treasure, mother nature. Heading out for a hike, we're taking trash bags with us. In a 2 mile hike, I filled up almost an entire half trash bag! That might not seem like a lot, but when you think about how much this adds up if it's not removed, this could easily become the norm for our beautiful trails.
Stay tuned for details of our specific clean-up events and how hard these Alpreneur's are working to keep your favorite mountains in tip-top shape. Your generous support of Alpreneur is helping fund these activities with boots on the ground action. And it feels great! If you would like to support, grab an Alpreneur hat at the Gear link or feel free to make a donation (Alpreneur is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and any donations (hats not included) will recieve a tax deduction letter.) THANK YOU! On a snowy January weekend, Alpreneur partnered with Balmain for our first event at the St. Regis Deer Valley. Incredibly thankful to Balmain for hosting this fabulous event where 10% of all their sales went to Alpreneur. Watching the sea of Alpreneur hats around the Vintage Room was a testament to how this community is growing and that taking care of our environment resonates with many. Thank you to all that were able to join us. Stay tuned for more events to come! Photos. Dan Campbell.
